Discover this charming detached, single-storey cottage on a large property at the forest's edge in Mimizan Bourg. Peace and quiet prevail here. We sometimes stay on site, but your privacy is assured. Leave your car at the cottage for the week: you can get everywhere by bike (garage and basic bike maintenance equipment available)! Shops are a 5-minute ride away and beaches 30 minutes away via safe cycle paths. The accommodation Two spacious bedrooms await, with double beds made up for your arrival and storage space. One has room for a travel cot, provided free of charge for your entire stay. The bright living and dining room overlooks the forest on one side and the property's courtyard on the other. The practical kitchen will make you feel at home. The bathroom and toilet are separate. Enjoy summer evenings on the covered terrace overlooking the forest. The large drying rack behind your cottage is also available for your use. Guest access You have access to the property, except for the green spaces on our side, which we reserve for our own use; those around your cottage are exclusively yours. Guests are responsible for cleaning and must leave the accommodation clean. Please make sure you close the gate at nightfall to keep wild boar out of the property.
